We do not collect any personal information except that knowingly and willingly supplied by the visitor. We collect the name from each visitor, e-mail and Passport number to verify the Passport card and enroll you into the program.  Your e-mail address will be entered into our newsletter data base.  We collect statistical information such as the number of visitors and the pages viewed. Personal identifying information may be collected through e-newsletter lists, mailing lists, online request forms, contests, feedback forms, surveys, and personal interest forms. Any information that the customer provides, such as name, address, e-mail, ZIP code and gender and  will be stored in a secure location and will be used only for those purposes for which it was given.

The information that we collect is used to Verify enrollment in the Passport to the Jersey Shore and to update you on the special events happening on the Jersey Shore.  We may also contact you with discounts when it is time to renew your card.  Although information may be used to personalize information and for statistical purposes, personal information will not be shared with third parties unless otherwise indicated or unless required to do so by law. http://www.visitthejerseyshore.com/ contains links to other sites.
